2026 Annual Meeting Recap

On August 10, members and supporters of the Chatham Conservation Foundation gathered at Wequassett Resort for our Annual Membership Meeting & Reception. It was a wonderful afternoon and evening filled with conversation, connection, and a look ahead at the important conservation work to come.

We are grateful to Wequassett Resort for welcoming us and providing such a beautiful setting for our annual gathering. The afternoon brought our community together to celebrate the past year and learn more about what lies ahead for CCF.

Looking Ahead at Mill Pond Overlook

One of the exciting projects discussed during the meeting was the future of Mill Pond Overlook. We are looking forward to working toward making the trail ADA accessible, creating greater opportunities for people of all abilities to experience and enjoy this special place. Accessibility is an important part of connecting our community with the natural lands CCF works so hard to protect, and we are excited to move this project forward.

Welcoming Our New Trustees

We were also pleased to welcome three new members to the CCF Board of Trustees: Jonathan Avery, James Junda, and Marla Kannel.

We are excited to have their energy, experience, and perspectives join our Board as we continue working to protect Chatham’s land, water, and natural resources. We look forward to all that we will accomplish together.

Thank You to Our CCF Community

Our Annual Membership Meeting is always a special opportunity to gather with the people who make CCF’s work possible. To our members, supporters, volunteers, trustees, and friends, thank you for being part of the CCF community and for your continued commitment to conservation in Chatham.

We are grateful for your support and excited for what lies ahead. Together, we can continue protecting the special places that make Chatham such a remarkable place to live, visit, and enjoy for generations to come.
