Conservation Lands: Donate Land or a Conservation Restriction

Gifts of land (either outright or by placing a
conservation restriction on property that is retained by the donor), and donations of cash
or securities promote the work of the Chatham Conservation Foundation. CCF is a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization. Gifts may be deductible at their full and fair market value at the
time of the gift subject to the U.S. income tax law. Such gifts may also be useful to
reduce estate and inheritance taxes.
The Foundation would be happy to explore ways in which you might support the organization,
and to answer other questions as well. A brochure concerning conservation restrictions is
available through the Foundation’s office. The Foundation treats all inquiries as
confidential.
